We will do our best to track and trace items deemed to have been lost in transit, and only recompense you if the item has been proven to be genuinely lost.

We cannot be held responsible if the delivery does take longer than stated to arrive, as it is really out of our hands once it has been posted out in time.

Should an item become temporarily unavailable and you are not able to choose an alternate item from the product range, then we will immediately reimburse you.
