Our base in Hong Kong, for the Locals, we do Face To Face trade in all HK & KLN MTR stations. If u wanna by post, we provide free shipping. HKD13 is for Registration Post. For global shopper, we will send our parcel by EMS, u can check the rate by their homepage, or, simply ask us.
